This rack is actually two racks of welded steel joined together and can be separated as needed.
It measures roughly 69" X 26" X 23".

As shown, it can support four full or empty 5 Gal bottles per level on three levels. Separated, each unit holds two bottles per level.
The height of each level was calculated to allow for the bottles to be tilted horizontal for easy loading and unloading.

Clean empty bottles are included ready to be refilled.
