This tool is for working with pipe of various sizes to either cut a hole through the pipe (example:2" pipe, 1" hole dead center at some angle) or to 'fish mouth' pipe ends for joining to other pipe at some angle, usually 90 degrees.

The angle can be changed to whatever is needed. The tool has a bracket that can be inserted into a vise to keep the tool steady. Various size hole saws can be threaded on to the mandrel and that mandrel spins inside a sleeve powered by a substantial drill. Oil is used as cutting fluid to lengthen the life of the hole saw.
