The beer/soda rack is custom made of welded steel for the products the Cerveceria sells. It measures 7' X 4' X 20".
It can support 28 Cerveceria beer cases and can also be used for the shorter in height Cerveceria soda cases as they both have the same foot print.

In addition, there are welded steel trays that can slide into the rack and hold anything that will fit on the tray. The intent was to store shrink wrapped 12 pack plastic bottle sodas, two per tray. There are also larger plywood sections that run the depth of the rack to support anything that will fit. That was for canned soda stacked two high that slides easily on the plywood.

The reason for creating the rack was to load new inventory from one end and take older inventory from the other end for automatic stock rotation.
The obvious benefit of having each case individually available is no moving cases around to get at a particular product.

The beer cases are mostly filled with empties to be used for trade in at the Cerveceria and are sold as part of the purchase.
